Here’s the Halloween 2009 costume. It’s the original H.R. Giger Alien from Alien. Working jaw & motorized tongue!  Build instructions here.

I love Halloween, but don’t like the clutter it creates afterwards.  Make some grid beam, and you’ve given yourself an erector set for Halloween.

My newest costume is finally up. It’s got some finishing touches to go, but I wanted to squeak it on the site before Halloween in case some of the techniques were useful to other DIY costume makers.
