General Grievous Halloween Costume

My newest costume is finally up. It’s got some finishing touches to go, but I wanted to squeak it on the site before Halloween in case some of the techniques were useful to other DIY costume makers.
Here’s my version of the General Grievous Costume for Halloween ‘08!
